Below are tasting notes for my 2014 version of Sprøøs Jøøs, and English Old Ale with spruce tips. You can find more details about this beer here.
Appearance: Reddish brown, and very clear. An eggshell colored head, and plenty of lace
Aroma: Sweet and toasty with a hint of pine.
Taste: Malty and sweet with a bit of plum, pine, and earthy, herbal flavors. It finishes sweet with a bit of citrus, apple, and wild berries. It’s definitely boozier than last years version.
Honestly I don’t think I’ll change a thing for the 2015.
