Here is another one that I think may have survived the ravages of time. This is a big boozy Avery Thirteen Anniversary Weizen Doppelbock.

You can see from the photo that it kept some head retention, and has a boozy sweet malt syrup aroma. The taste is pretty awesome! You can taste caramel malt, raisin, molasses, a hint of vanilla, and a little roast in the aftertaste. It has kept an almost chewy mouthfeel and there is no alcohol burn whatsoever. This beer may have even benefited from the long aging. I would drink another one of these.
